wanted collie tri color pup- rouch coat

will pay up to 75 dollars for a purebred rough coated collie. does NOT need to be pregieristable but needs papers(pedagree) this dog will be traind as a special asstdog& also atheropy dog(my dog is older now(senior) this dog will be takin over where she left off,. she has worked with special needs kids with nerological problems & have helped them alot.
I do also have cats. Dog will also be trained in sign lanaguage
